Athletics placed RHP Brooks Kriske on the 15-day injured list with a right shoulder impingement.

No word yet regarding how much time Kriske will miss. The 32-year-old journeyman reliever was just called up from Triple-A Las Vegas last week. He tossed 2 2/3 scoreless frames in a pair of appearances for the Athletics prior to the injury.
