Trey Yesavage, 22-year-old right-hander for the Toronto Blue Jays, has made an impressive return from a right shoulder impingement that delayed his 2026 season start. Since being activated on April 28, Yesavage has been dominant through three starts, posting a 0.68 ERA with 15 strikeouts in 13.1 innings pitched. His most recent outing against the Angels saw him strike out six over four scoreless innings. Despite pitch efficiency concerns (87 pitches for 4 innings), he continues to suppress runs at an elite level.
