Summary
Carlos Mendoza is the manager of the New York Mets during a challenging 2026 season. The team started with a 10-21 record through 31 games, one of the worst starts in franchise history. Despite the poor record, team President David Stearns announced on May 3rd that Mendoza would remain as manager, stating they do not view this as a manager problem.
