Brennen Davis, a former top prospect for the Chicago Cubs, is proving himself with the Seattle Mariners after signing a minor league contract in the offseason. Despite a hamstring strain suffered in mid-March, Davis has excelled at Triple-A Tacoma with a .293/.404/.569 slash line, 8 home runs, and a 145 wRC+ in 35 games.
