Summary
Jason Foley (RHP, age 30) underwent season-ending arthroscopic shoulder surgery in May 2025 and was placed on the 60-day IL on February 13, 2026. He began his rehab assignment with Single-A San Jose on May 9, 2026, where he struggled in his first appearance (4 runs, 2 hits, 1 walk, 1 K in 2/3 IP). He was quickly promoted to Triple-A Sacramento on May 11. By May 15, Foley showed improvement with a scoreless inning in a rehab game, allowing one hit while throwing 11 of 14 pitches for strikes. He remains without a definitive timetable for return to the majors and will require an extended ramp-up period.
