Scouting Report: Jesus Made
Milwaukee Brewers | SS
Overall
Summary
Jesús Made, 19-year-old Dominican Republic shortstop prospect for the Milwaukee Brewers, has been named MLB Pipeline and Baseball America's No. 1 overall prospect in baseball as of May 14, 2026. Currently playing Double-A ball for the Biloxi Shuckers, Made is the youngest player at that level and has demonstrated exceptional versatility and production. Through 34 games, he has posted a .257/.340/.400 slash line with a .740 OPS, 3 home runs, 20 RBIs, 15 stolen bases, 26 runs scored, 5 doubles, 3 triples, and 18 walks. Made is a switch-hitter with no obvious weaknesses from either side of the plate and possesses 25-30 home run upside. He is only the second player in Brewers franchise history to reach the No. 1 prospect ranking, following Jackson Chourio. Made has a realistic chance to make his major-league debut before the 2026 season ends.
