Scouting Report: Craig Yoho

Milwaukee Brewers | RP

A

Overall

day-to-day

Summary

Craig Yoho is a 26-year-old right-handed relief pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers who was drafted in the 8th round out of Indiana University in 2023. He rapidly ascended through the minor league system and made his MLB debut in 2025. After suffering a calf strain in early March 2026, Yoho has been recovering well in Triple-A and is expected to be promoted to the majors in the near future. His elite changeup was highly effective in the minors but faced adjustment challenges against more disciplined big league hitters. The Brewers' bullpen has depth needs due to injuries to left-handed relievers Ángel Zerpa (elbow surgery), Rob Zastryzny, and Jared Koenig, creating an opportunity for Yoho's promotion.

Strengths

  • Elite changeup that consistently baffled minor league hitters
  • Rapid ascension through Brewers minor league system
