Scouting Report: Logan Glass

Colorado Rockies | CF

Overall

IL-15

Summary

Tyler Glasnow, Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star right-handed pitcher, was placed on the 15-day injured list on May 8, 2026 with lower back spasms. Glasnow exited his start against the Houston Astros on May 6 after one inning while warming up for the second frame. He had just recorded his 1,000th career strikeout (in the fewest innings in MLB history for a starting pitcher). Prior to the injury, Glasnow was performing at an elite level with a 2.72 ERA, 49 strikeouts in 39.2 innings, and a 3-0 record. His back discomfort has returned during recovery, and he has not yet begun throwing off a mound. Manager Dave Roberts indicated the return timeline remains uncertain, with recovery progressing slower than expected. Durability concerns persist as Glasnow has been on the injured list in each season since 2018 and has never exceeded 140 innings in an MLB season.

Strengths

  • Elite strikeout production (49 K in 39.2 IP, 11.07 K/9)
  • Strong ERA of 2.72 through first seven starts
