Summary

Cubs right-hander Hunter Harvey suffered a setback in his recovery from triceps inflammation. An MRI revealed a stress reaction in his triceps area, a pre-fracture injury caused by overuse. Harvey has been out since April 9 and will miss at least another month. He has a history of injuries throughout his career with 12+ IL stints prior to signing with the Cubs. Harvey was signed to a one-year, $6.5MM deal but posted a 6.75 ERA over four innings before the injury occurred.
