Summary
Kerry Carpenter, Detroit Tigers outfielder, was placed on the 10-day injured list on May 10, 2026, with a left AC joint sprain suffered on May 9 when he crashed into the right-field wall at Kaufmann Stadium while pursuing Bobby Witt Jr.'s inside-the-park home run. Carpenter remained in the game initially but was removed prior to the bottom of the third inning.
