Summary
Anthony Hall, 25-year-old outfielder, was released by the New York Yankees in August 2025 after four seasons in their minor league system. He signed with the Sioux Falls Canaries of the independent American Association in May 2026. Hall was a fourth-round draft pick out of the University of Oregon in 2022. In his final season with the Yankees (2025), he appeared in 48 games with Hudson Valley Renegades, posting a .222/.300/.306 slash line with only 9 extra-base hits in 32 total hits and 50 strikeouts in 144 at-bats. Over four seasons in the Yankees organization, Hall slashed .234/.333/.358, effectively ending his professional baseball career three steps away from MLB.
