Summary
Cade Povich, 26-year-old left-handed pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, was placed on the 15-day injured list on May 8, 2026, due to left elbow inflammation. He exited Thursday's game against the Miami Marlins in the fourth inning after only three innings and 43 pitches with left forearm discomfort. Manager Craig Albernaz noted the tightness was on the outside of the elbow in the triceps area, with Povich first feeling it in the second inning before it worsened in the third.
