Summary
Jordan Lawlar is recovering from a fractured right wrist sustained from a hit-by-pitch on April 3, 2026. He was placed on the 60-day IL and is eligible to return June 2-3 at the earliest. As of mid-May, imaging showed healing is progressing exactly on schedule. Lawlar has begun light baseball activities including dry swings and light hitting. Manager Torey Lovullo indicated the plan was to have a bat in his hands within two weeks of early May reports. CT scan results were very promising. Before the injury, Lawlar was off to a strong start (6-for-18, .333 with 1 HR and 1 SB in 6 games). He had an excellent Triple-A season in 2025 (.313/.403/.564).
