Scouting Report
Updated May 19, 2026
Zack Littell, 30-year-old right-hander for the Washington Nationals, has shown significant improvement in May after a difficult start to the 2026 season. After posting a 6.94 ERA in early May, he has turned things around with three consecutive strong outings, posting a 2.13 ERA over 12.2 innings in May. His best performance came on May 16 against the Orioles, where he threw 5 scoreless innings on 87 pitches, allowing just 2 hits and 2 walks while striking out 3. This represents his first outing of at least 5 innings since April 22 and only the third time he hasn't allowed a home run in nine starts. His resurgence is improving his trade value for the Nationals organization.
