Robinson Ortiz, 26-year-old LHP, was recalled by the Seattle Mariners from Triple-A Tacoma on May 18, 2026 to make his MLB debut. Acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers in November 2025 in exchange for minor league RHP Tyler Gough, Ortiz is ranked as the Mariners' No. 24-26 prospect. In 15 Triple-A appearances, he posted a 1.69 ERA (3 ER, 16.0 IP), 12 walks, 18 strikeouts, and a 1.25 WHIP. The Dominican Republic native was signed by the Dodgers as an international free agent in June 2017 and has spent 7 minor league seasons in professional baseball.
