Scouting Report
Updated May 19, 2026
Eli White (Atlanta Braves outfielder) suffered a concussion on May 10, 2026, when he crashed face-first into the padded outfield wall while making a spectacular catch to rob Max Muncy of an extra-base hit with two outs and bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning against the Los Angeles Dodgers. White temporarily remained in the contest but was replaced in the field in the bottom of the eighth frame. He was placed in concussion protocol and subsequently placed on the 7-day injured list on May 11, 2026. His timetable for return is uncertain, as is typical with concussion injuries, but he will be out for a minimum of one week. Mauricio Dubon has been seeing increased playing time in the outfield while White and Ronald Acuna (hamstring) recuperate.
